Kristopher Allen 'Kris' Snyder

Snyder, Kristopher Allen "Kris"

I am so sorry to hear about Kris. Our hearts are full of sorrow for you and your family. Know you are in our prayers.

Herman & Gina Blumenshine - 4/27/2012

I worked with Chris when he was in high school and can say there has never been a kinder, more decent person. He continued to brighten my day when I would see him at the theater. He touched so many people and was the epitome of grace and strength, even when facing huge obstacles. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

My Dear Wonderful Granson, Kristopher, I was so proud of you, you were an inspiration to me in so many ways. You had the strength and the will that your uncle Jesse had, When you were little and both in your wheelchairs, a person would see the two of you racing down Fremont Street. Your Uncle taught you to be strong and teach you that you could do anything you wanted to do and not let your wheelchair stop you from doing so. I am so sorry that you and your Uncle had MD, I would have traded you from day one if I could have, but since it doesn't work that way then I was behind you all the way, watched your every move and was there for both of you. Krisopher, my love for you was very deep and it certaintly is a heart ache, one huge empty spot, although I know you ae no longer suffering and in such pain, fighting every minute for a breathe of air, you are in a better place and you are in peace now and I know that you will be looking down on all of us, making sure we tow the mark!! LOL All My Love, Grandma

I didn’t know Kris very well but it is true what was said in his obituary that he never met a stranger. He always had a smile on his face when I saw him and was very friendly. I do have to say I have never met a mother that loved her son more than Karla. She would do anything and everything for her son and their relationship was so pure and beautiful. Everyone could learn something from these two wonderful people and the world will not be the same without Kris around. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Snyder family.

I had the opportunity to teach Kris when he was in 6th grade! He would race me down the hallways and at recess in his electric wheelchair!! He would laugh at me and with me! This is when he became my, "Kristopher Rotten"! I always would love to see him at the movies and he made sure I would always show him my ticket! He will be missed, but I praise God, he is no longer be in pain or suffering!

Dear Snyder Family,
Please accept my heartfelt condolences for the loss of your dear loved one Kristopher. Although I never had the opportunity to get to know Kristopher personally, I have lost loved ones in death and it hurts. I know that Kristopher was precious in God's eyes, just as we all are. That's why you can be sure that our Heavenly Father understands the pain you feel more so than anyone else, and He cares very deeply for you. (1 Peter 5:7) May you find comfort in knowing that God has lovingly promised to reunite us with our dead loved ones by means of a resurrection right here on earth in paradise conditions that will be filled with love, peace, happiness, and perfect health for everyone in the very near future. (John 5:28,29; Psalms 37:9-11,29; Isaiah 33:24; Revelation 21:4) May this precious hope, along with loving memories of Kristopher, bring you a measure of comfort during this most difficult time. Rest assured that our Heavenly Father will do all that He has promised. (Hebrews 6:18) My deepest sympathy to you.

So very sorry for your loss! I know the pain as I just lost mom & dad last november. They always talked about you guys & what great people you were & how strong. I may have argued a lot of things with them, but I never argued that! If only we could all have such a good attitude about things as both Kris & Jesse did. They both had such an impact on things, everything from the remodel @ Wind River for handicap aaccessability when jesse was there, to the smiling, friendly face of Kris at the theatre. I may not have known either of them that well but I will never forget them either. Take comfort in the fact that he is no longer suffering & that they are together again. My thoughts are with you all as you endure this sad parting.

I had the priviledge of meeting Kris around 9 or 10 years ago. I thought then, what an amazing young man and awesome Parents to help him. Despite his physical disability he was as normal as the next. I am so thankful of the memories we share and you will always be in my heart. Most of all I am thankful Kris had a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Walking Tall with Jesus!! Hold his memories close to your hearts always! I Love you all!

Pray Always!! Regina (Uncle Randy's wife)
