Francis Behan, Jr., 36, of St. Stephens died Monday, July 6, 2015 at the Lakeview Hospital in Bountiful, UT. A rosary will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at 7:00 pm at Great Plains Hall with the wake to follow at 1529 Elmwood Drive, the Roberta Eagle residence. The funeral mass will be on Thursday, July 9, 2015, at 10:00 am at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church. Father Phil Wagner will officiate. Burial will follow at the Arapaho Catholic Cemetery.
Francis Behan, Jr. was born on April 16, 1979 in Redwood City, CA to Francis A. Behan, Sr. and Roberta (Oldman) Eagle. At the age of 5 his family moved to Arapahoe, WY and he attended school and graduated from St. Stephen’s School.
He was baptized into the Catholic Faith.
After graduation he lived in Seattle with his sister, Denise for a year before returning home. Due to an auto accident he has lived in a care facility in Bountiful, UT for the last nine years.
His family said that he was funny, had a great sense of humor, loved jokes and joking with family and friends, hunting, fishing, and cooking.
He is survived by his mother, Roberta Eagle; his father, Francis A. Behan, Sr.; his son, Francis Behan, III; his daughter, Angel Behan; his brothers, Gary E. Behan, Cody Eagle, Duane Oldman, Thomas Oldman, Jerome Oldman, Jr., Gary Oldman, Sr., Lance Oldman, Franklin James Oldman, Glen Oldman, Sr., Sterling Black, Sr., Charlie Black, Mervin Black, Merlin Black, Charlie Geboe, Jr., Star Addison and Stoney Addison; his sisters, Velinda Brown, Roberta Behan, Stephanie Behan, Sheron Behan, Edelche Eagle, Alberta Oldman, Bridget Oldman, Denise Oldman, Melanie Black, Noreen Oldman, Fatima Addison and Agnes J.
