Stephanie Anne Williams of Riverton, WY passed away November 15, 2020. She was 60 years young.

Stephanie was born November 26, 1959 in the town of Ogden, UT. She was the first born of five children of Sylvia Anne and Robert Steven Vincent.

Steph also known as “Mert” loved the outdoors. Camping, fishing, hunting and gardening to name a few. She loved playing cribbage, laughing, and dancing around her house or in her car to Rock-N-Roll and other various music genre.

Stephanie had a labor of love, as her mother did for canning and preserving jams, pickles, tomatoes, and numerous recipes handed down from her family ancestors.

Steph was a beautiful, colorful soul. She was fun, loving, outgoing and kind. She cherished her family and friends.

Stephanie was deeply loved and will be truly missed by so many.

Halloween and Christmas were her favorite holidays. Being a kid at heart, she loved dressing up for Halloween.

Stephanie was preceded in death by her son, Justin Greenhalgh; father, Steve Vincent; mother, Sylvia Vincent; grandson, Colsten Spoonhunter; grandparents, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Steph is surived by her husband, Richard Williams of Riverton, WY; daughter, Jenn and husband, Chris Chattin of Port Orchard, WA; granddaughter, Raea Chattin of Port Orchard, WA; daughter, TeeCee Hailey Fulfer of Casper, WY; daughter, Rini Phillips of Casper, WY; daughter, Ceila Warren of Riverton, WY; son, Tom Williams of Casper, WY; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Sally and husband, Joe Woodral of Kingston, WA; brother, Stanley and wife, Sharla Vincent of Riverton, WY; brother, Lynn Vincent of Kinnear, WY; sister, Shauna Potts of Basin, WY; brother, Steven Wayne and wife, Amanda Vincent of Rock Springs, WY; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
