The infant was born and died on Sunday, June 26, 2011, at Riverton Memorial Hospital. She was the daughter of Darrel James Smith, Jr., and Chasity Nicole (Duran) Smith.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her grandparents, Sherri and Michael Duran, and Darrel and Benita Smith; great grandparents, Thelma Dewey, Marion Smith, and Alexander Smith, Jr.; sisters, Jalissa Jorgenson and Atavia Smith.
She was preceded in death by aunts, Megan Dewey and Terri Bell; numerous great grandparents, great-great grandparents; aunts and uncles.
