Salazar Family - I recently learned of John's passing via the Winters Express newspaper. My condolences to all of you. I attended and graduated high school with John in Winters, CA. My Dad was the Vo Ag teacher/FFA advisor at Winters HS for many years and I recall John stopping past the HS to say "thanks" to my Dad for his guidance years later. I believe John was in town for a class reunion at the time. I'll never forget John going out of his way to thank my Dad. Glad to read in John's obituary that he enjoyed watching his kids show their animals in 4-H and FFA. Rest In Peace.
