We will always remember you Jim as the friendly neighbor of ours here in Yuma during your winter visits here. Elmer will always remember your visits on our front porch swing that has always felt a bit emptier since you were unable to make the trip here. You and Imy will remain always in our memories and we send prayers to the family.

Became acquainted with Jim and Imy in Yuma, Az in 2003. They were our across the road neighbors. Jim taught us so much, including how to play Mexican Train dominoes!! He will be missed by so many, and I am truly sorry for this loss.

To all Jims family and friends, so sorry for your loss but know that he is with the Good Lord and lots of friends that have been waiting on him, I know dad and mom will be laughing with him eternally now. May God Bless and keep forever.

Amy, we are so sorry to hear of the loss of your dad. We always enjoyed a quick visit with him when he and your mom would come to watch Rheanna and Breetta play in their high school sporting events. He was a very nice man and he will be missed. We keep you, your mom, and all the family in our thoughts and prayers.

My prayers are with all of you. It is so very hard to lose the anchors in our life. Your dad was a well respected educator and I remember him from my early teaching days. After watching your video I wish that I had gotten to know the other side of him because it looks like he was quite the character. You have all been blessed with many wonderful memories and I know they will warm your heart.
