To the Hovander's:
So sorry for your loss. I've known Mary for about 60 years. She was my sister, Inez, best friend. She was a loving and caring person. I can remember a trip the three of us took to Wind River Canyon to see Dean because he was working to the road crew there. I was 6 or 7 and it was so exciting! She will be in our hearts forever.

JaDell and Hovander families:
What a talented and busy woman Mary was! I recall her riding her paint horse on Riverview Road past our house when I was a kid. She and my mom would sometimes visit about horses as she rode by. Knew her best, tho, thru her involvement in 4-H and fair activities--she offered encouragement and creative ideas to many children besides her own.
Mary and Dean were a hardworking team--whether raising a talented family or bringing fresh fruit and veggies to the area on their truck. The aroma of fresh, ripe peaches always reminded me of Mary - and my daughter, who loved them so!
She will be missed. Savor the memories.

RIP Mary;
It was a blessing knowing you and becoming friends. Enjoyed our times in 4H with the rabbits, vegetables and anything else we could get into.. You will be greatly missed.

My deepest regards to Mary Dell's family. Mary was one of my best friends in high school. Time and distance keep us separate over the years. I always told my own students that Mary had remarkable mind--she was the only person I ever knew who could read a novel in class and still answer the teacher when called on to answer a question. I believe the rest of her life was equally remarkable.
