Love you Uncle Billy! Love and peace to all who loved you too!

He will be sadly miss Dan and Dawn Packard.

Sorry to see one of our best pass on , but he's headed to a better place, over the years there were many times when things we're not going quite right in my construction business, usually little things that were bothering me and I'd meet up with Billy and visit a bit and with his story's and laugh I'd go away feeling better just from the visit! I'll forever miss that. RIP Billy

So sorry for the loss of this great man! My thoughts and prayers go out to the family! I always looked forward to seeing Billy his smile would make anybodys day! Am so very glad we got to stop by and see his smile this summer.

My heart goes out to Billy's family. What a fun and loving man he was. After all these years his laughter still rings in my memory. Blessings and prayers to Patsy and "the boys". They were my childhood and remain some of my most precious moments. Much love to you, my dear friends.

Will miss his giggle and big smile that always seemed to be on his face. Never saw him get too serious about anything. He is where he can enjoy the casino in the sky forever.

My favorite memories of Billy are his smile,twinkly in his eyes, and his laugh.....He loved and adored each of you...what fun to watch him appreciate his grandkids! He was a special gift from God!
