We would run into Stanley and Lucille in the grocery store, visit and get caught up. They were always so nice and friendly. Please accept our heartfelt and sincere condolences.

I have so many memories of Stanley and Lucille. The most outstanding would be of the young, single school teacher waiting at the Pavillion School to hand a note to Stanley's bus-driving brother, John , to take home to Stanley. Then, the next bus run John would hand a note to Lucille--long before the days of internet and text messaging. She soon was no longer known as "Miss Heald," but "Mrs. Maxson."

Each thanksgiving my family would go to the Maxson farm and select a turkey from their sizable flock.

I recently visited Riverton and visited Stanley at the Care Center where we did some reminiscing.

May God's blessings be upon each of you.

So sorry for your loss but know that Stanley is doing a happy dance with all the family and friends in heaven. I remember years ago when he and Lucille would visit my grandparents, Red and Polly Burton. Lots is stories about the post office and fishing. He will be sadly misses by many!

Stanley was such a nice and caring man. Lucille spoke so highly of him when she car-pooled with me. I really cherish those times. My thoughts are with you and your families at this time.

Our sympathy to Stanley's family. Many years ago when we first moved to Riverton, Stanley was our mailman. We loved Stanley! Such a gentle soul and we looked forward to saying hello to him everyday. We know he will be missed.

Dear Cousins Earl, Kathleen, Michelle, Shirley and your families,

So sorry to hear of Uncle Stanley's passing. You are in our prayers. Loved your Mom and Dad so much. Mike felt a bond with your Dad since they were both mail carriers.

Love,
Mary, Mike and family
