Snelling, Michelle Y.

Warm thoughts of you all across the miles. I have been inspired by sharing in Michelle's thoughts as she battled cancer. I would love to be there this week - will be thinking of you during the service.

My heart goes out to all of you in this hour of sorrow; and my thoughts will certainly be with all of you tomorrow. She certainly was a perfect example of hope and inspiration to all of us. But glad now that she is free from suffering and has gone on to something far better. From a friend, Lillian Musser

We have never met, except via Michele's blog/e-mail, but our hearts were knit together because Michele's attitude always glorified God. We love the heart that she shared in words and in photos. She fought the good fight.....

From one of our Hungarian workers that is recovering from cancer treatment;

Just think of stepping on shore and finding it Heaven,
Of taking hold of a hand and finding it God's hand,
Of breathing a new air and finding it clelestial air,
Of feeling invigorated and finding it immortality,
Of passing from storm and tempest to an unbroken calm,
Of waking up..........
and finding it Heaven!

Andy,

It will be the little things
that you will remember,
the quiet moments,
the smiles, the laughter.
And although it may seem
hard right now,
it will be the memories
of these little things
that help to push
away the pain
and bring the smiles
back again.

With Loving Memories

Dear Michelle's Family,

My name is Joni (Acker) Konhilas. I worked with Michelle in Laramie during the years 1994-1996. We were good friends and actually we were neighbors in the same apartemernt complex. Regrettably, I lost touch with her when I moved away, but I have thought of her often. Lilian Musser sent the sad news about Michelle. I am so sorry. She was an awesome person who touched many lives. My thoughts are with you.

With much sympathy,

Dear Ones,

Our thoughts are with each of you, even those we haven't met, at this time. It was special to read of Michelle and her encouraging words even in a time when physical hardships existed. Our family cannot find the words to express our deepest sympathy, but only send our love and the thought that although we knew Michelle via her blog and other family members, her thankfulness brings encouragement to our hearts. Love to each and we know her memory lives on.

In love and sympathy,

Dear Andy Ray, the Major family and the Peterson family,

I was so saddened to hear that Michelle had had cancer and that she had died. I know that she was a lovely person, even though I seldom saw her. The Major family has always remained close to my heart due to the love and kindness they have always shown to everyone. I was so pleased to learn that you were married to Michelle, Andy Ray, so that she was a member of my own family, as well. I am so very sad that your time together was so short. I hope that someday you all will be able to find happiness in the many memories you have of Michelle. I am grieving with all of you in this sad time and my heart will always be with you.

With much love to you all,

Jan Leonhardt
