Blumenshine, Sr., Herman Eugene

Our sincerest sympathy on the loss of your dad. Our prayers are with you.

Kathi & Joe Metzler - 11/3/2009

Thelma, and families, I am so sorry about Herman passing away. He will be greatly missed by all. Herman was a friend to everyone, he was very witty and funny. I do not think I am going to be able to come to his services, as I babysit a four year old and have no where for him to go. You are each one in my thoughts and prayers. All my love, jeannie portlock and family

To Thelma, Ron, Herman, Zelda, Stacy & Myke and all your families, I was so sorry to hear of Hermans' passing away. I am so glad I got to visit him last year at John's Wedding. He was a very special person and will be greatly missed. He is at peace now and no more pain. He can do all the fishing he wants to now!! You are in my thoughts and prayers.

To Thelma,Ron,Hermie Jr.,Zelda,Stacy,Mykle and your entire family,
Reuben and I were so saddened to learn of Hermie's passing. Reuben reflected on all the growing up times with his cousins down here in Colorado and also in Riverton. He remembered a lot of fun times with all the Blumenshines.
And later, as Thelma and myself met and loved and eventually married these guys we became great friends and also shared wonderful relatives while raising our children in Riverton. There are so many happy memories from those days which will always be treasured.
Now we have to know that Hermie is no longer suffering and is at peace with God who will take care of him. God also will see your family and the rest of us through this difficult time.
Hermie was a great cousin and a good friend who always had a smile and a good word and loved to talk fishing!! As well as catching the fish!!
Our sincerest thoughts and our prayers are with all of you.
As I told Thelma today,if we don't make it to Riverton for the service we will certainly be thinking of you and see you at some time.
God bless Hermie and God bless his family,
We love you, Reuben and Rosalee

Rosalee Blumenshine - 11/3/2009

Thelma and Family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time. I know he wasn't my uncle, but I always knew him as "Uncle Herman" and he always treated me as his nephew. I would love to sit and talk with him at family get togethers. He would always kid me about one thing or another.
"Uncle" Herman will truely be missed. Again, our thoughts are with you at this time.

Love you all,

Rod Blumenshine - 11/4/2009

Thelma and Family,

Mom, brothers, and sisters:

Herman did more than just fish. He raised families. He helped raise Sabrina and me. I feel like I have lost a father. He was there whenever someone needed him. You could count on Herman to give you a foot in the ass when you needed it. God knows, Myke and I needed it. Herman was an important part of my life and I will cherish my memories of hunting, fishing and familiy times with him. Thank you for being a family to me.

John Henrie - 11/4/2009

Dear Blumenshine Family,

My thoughts and prayers are with you all on this sad day. I will always remember Herman at volleyball and especially basketball games. Always had a "kind" word for the ref's, right, Stacy! May he rest in peace and may you all find strength in God and each other.

Deepest Thoughts and Prayers,

Thelma, Ronald, Herman, Zelda, Stacy and Myke,

This is never easy, especially when it is someone you've known almost your whole life. Your family has been like a second family to us. There are so many memories and it will be those memories that will carry us all through this sad time. You must know that he is in a better place now and looking down at all of us and shaking his head wondering what all the fuss is about. May God give each of you peace and comfort.

Love always,

Sabrina
