I never thought of Aunt Mary Ellen as my ex-Aunt after the divorce of my Uncle Maurice. She was and always will be my Aunt Mary Ellen. I really loved her. Aunt Mary Ellen never talked bad about people. She was so friendly and loving. She will be dearly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the whole family.

Bob,MaryLynn&Willie I am so sorry that your mom is gone and I will miss her. The many wonderful meals she made and the emails she shared almost daily. She is leaving a big hole in your family because of the many things she enjoyed sharing with all of us. God bless and comfort you.

Marylynn,Willie & Bob:

It is with great sadness that I heard about your mom, just a couple weeks ago we had a great conversation in Wal-Mart, she always had a smile on her face and always offered up a good time to pass the time away,(talking) when we had spoke she was very positive about being clear of cancer, but to our dismay only a few days ago Denise had mentioned to me what was happening.

The time has gone by since we were all small kids playing around your back yard but I would still like to let you know it was a privilege to know your mom, and over the years whenever I seen her she would always say at least hi and it was always nice to see her smiling face.

I know that it is hard losing a parent but be certain that at least she suffers no more, and can be at peace now.

You all are in my prayers and thoughts.

Mary Lyn and Bobby, Thinking of you with prayers and hugs. I'm not able to be there is person, but will be with you in thoughts and prayers. Your mom was a very special lady and always gave her all and helped others in any way she could. A very good example of how we all should be as a friend. I am glad to have shared in knowing your mom. Love you, Kathy (Witthar) Cannan
