Les,
Prickly Pair, with Locke leading the way, amazed me through the years, and you've been our ambassadors of the Togwotee Pass Highway Project. I'll miss her wit and harmony in teaching folks from far and wide to spell T-O-G-W-O-T-E-E!
Best wishes,
Cody Beers

Les and Family,

It was such a joy getting to know Locke through the muzzle loaders. Her memory will always live on through the wonderful music she made and the friends she met along the way. Locke was such a joy to be around and she brightened many of our conventions! She will be greatly missed by all of us.

Les,

Only yesterday I was surfing the "net" and went to your website and saw the note about Locke's benefit radio program. I searched again this morning to find that she had passed on April 7. I will, for the rest of my life, remember those long, wonderful phone conversations with both you and Locke. We had some great laughs and also wonderful emails. Though we never met face to face, I always felt like she was a good friend. I regret that I was not aware that she was ill so I could have communicated with her. I won't need the phone or email now - I can find her anytime I wish!

Fondest regards,
