He was born February 28, 1968 in Riverton, Wyoming, son of Donald Dudley and LaVaughn (Richardson) Swank.
He was raised in Pavillion and in 1986, he graduated from Wind River High School.
Stacey enjoyed fishing, hunting, taking care of his yard and was a member of the Eagles. Mr. Swank worked around 25 years at Safeway.
Survivors include his mother of Pavillion, brother, Michael Swank of Hudson; sisters, Brenda French and her husband, Jeffrey of Stockbridge, GA and Jennifer Swank of Pavillion; nephews, Tyler and Devin French; longtime friends Patti Hatle and Ron Heil.
Mr. Swank was preceded in death by his father, brother, Donald Swank, maternal and paternal grandparents, an aunt and uncle.
