Lucy Anna Paulsen, 3 months old, of Riverton, WY died at her home on Friday, August 7, 2015. A rosary will be said at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, August 11, 2015, at Great Plains Hall. The wake will follow at Great Plains Hall. A funeral services will be on Wednesday, August 12, 2015, at Great Plains Hall at 10:00 am with Father Phil Wagner officiating. Burial will follow at Arapaho Catholic Cemetery.

Lucy Anna Paulsen was born on May 9, 2015 in Billings, MT to Curtis Patrick and Agnes (Moss) Paulsen. She was one of four girls in the family. She was named after her Great Great Garandmother, Lucy Anna Willow Redman.

She loved her parents and grandparents and playing with her sisters. She had the biggest cheeks and the most joyful eyes.

She is survived by her parents, Curtis and Agnes Paulsen; her sisters, Tailiann Paulsen, Elizabeth Paulsen and Morning Star BraveHawk; her grandparents, Sandra and Howard Paulsen, Victoria Moss, Darrel L. Moss, Sr., Cletuse R. and Martha Moss, Weldon D. Moss III, Rebecca S. Moss, and Eliza R. Moss; her uncles, Thomas Rueben Moss, Stanley Shakespeare and Alicia Jones, Darren, Reico and Serenity Shakespeare, Jude ChargingCrow, and Emmamettu, Janae, Jade, Jude ChargingCrow, III; her aunts, Adrian Moss, Cecilia Paulsen, Riah and Giovaughni Paulsen, Sharen ChargingCrow, Anthony, Ronald Jr. and Elaarah Monroe, and Raquel Shakespeare; and her great grandmothers, Lucy Willow Redman and Alvena Willow Friday.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, David Moss, Sr., her great grandparetns, Kenneth and Cecilia Paulsen, Stanley Shakepeare, and Catherine Hurley, Oliver J. and Evelyn (Antelope) Willow, Kendall J. Moss, Sr., Ivora M. Antelope Yellowhair, Wendall Moss,, Weldon H. Moss, Kendall J. Moss, Jr., Shane Moss, Rosie Moss, Leonard Moss, Donald Moss, Nelson Moss, Suzanna Moss, Rosella Moss, Anita Moss, Gloria Wheeler, and Joetta Brown; and her uncle Davis Moss, Jr.
