No services are scheduled for Ora Bea Strous, 75, who died at her home in Riverton on September 14, 2016. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Davis Funeral Home.
Bea was born on August 19, 1941, in Denver, Colorado, daughter of Claude and Myrtle (Frasier) Comstock.
On August 19, 1959, Bea married Richard Strous, Sr. in Denver, Colorado.
She attended Hastings College in Nebraska to become a Licensed Dietician. In 1983, the family left Nebraska to move to Wyoming.
Her family said that Bea loved cooking and spending time with her grandkids and great grandkids. She also enjoyed listening to old country music and loved animals, especially her dogs.
Mrs. Strous was of the Christian faith.
Survivors include her son, Richard Strous, Jr.; granddaughter, Bea and her husband, Clarence Rinker; grandson, Roy Strous; great grandchildren, Austin and MaKenzie Rinker and another expected in October; daughter-in-law, Barbara Strous all of Riverton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and all her 9 siblings.
