RJ Mowrey, 69, of Kinnear, Wyoming passed away Friday, October 19, 2018 at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper. A celebration of life will be held 12:00 p.m., Sunday, October 28, 2018 at his home. Friends and family are welcome to attend.
