Edna Goddard

Sep 28, 1942 - Mar 2, 2023

Edna was born on September 28, 1942, daughter of Emanuel and Edna Daisy (Robbs) Laufer in Windsor, Colorado.

Her granddaughter, Sonija moved her to Riverton from Greeley to be closer to family.  She spent 8 great years living at Owl Creek where she made new friends and enjoyed the daily activities.  Edna was Grandma by choice for Tina Seamons.  Edna thoroughly enjoyed watching her great grandchildren,  Brayden and Payton grow up and watching Braden play all his sports. She also enjoyed seeing all her other great grandchildren.  Edna loved to play bingo and dance with her friends at the Senior Center and color with her family.  Her family will never forget how she cut her own hair and it turned out lop-sided.  She always loved when Tina would cut her hair. She loved hanging out, going shopping, and going to the movies with her granddaughter, Sonija. Her fun personality and jokes will be missed.  She meant the world to her grandson, John,  and he meant the world to her also.

Survivors include her loving granddaughters, Sonija Wisenbaugh, Gilda Martins; and grandsons, John Wisenbaugh and Keven Wentz; great grandkids, Billy, Bobby, Jason, Brenda, Jasmine, Brandi and Kyle; Brayden and Payton along with and an additional 14 great grandchildren; and her very good friend, Deanna Root and her son Roy.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Goddard; daughter, Victoria “Vicki” Martin.
