Wayne Clingman, 45, of Riverton, Wyoming passed away at his home on Saturday, April 22, 2023, after a long and courageous battle with cancer and Multiple Sclerosis. He fought hard. Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held.
Wayne William Clingman was born on October 23, 1977 in Rawlins, Wyoming to Sharon Lynn Clingman and DeWayne Iliff. He grew up in Rawlins and Riverton.
He was an over the road trucker and worked on The Haun Family Farms for Mr. and Mrs. Richard Haun and their son Kent.
Wayne loved driving truck, riding his Harley, fishing, hunting, and being with his friends.
He is survived by his mother, Sharon Briggs; sons, Timothy Clingman; daughters, Natalie Clingman and Alexis Clingman and husband, Cody Shinkle and grandchildren; brother, Kerry Clingman and wife, Sierra; sister, Amber Witt and husband, Ken; long time family friends, Marshal and Michelle Crow; and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Theresa Clingman; grandfather, Wayne Clingman; cousin, Jason Monson; and aunt, Shirley Monson.
