Graveside services for Agnes “Aggie” May (Loghry) Alley, 83, will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, May 17, 2025 at Mountain View Cemetery.

 

Mrs. Aggie Alley passed away on Monday, May 5, 2025, at the Help for Health Hospice Home in Riverton, Wyoming.

 

Aggie was born on December 4, 1941, in Riverton, Wyoming, the daughter of Charles W. and Goldy E. (Wright) Loghry. She grew up in Riverton and attended local schools.

 

On May 17, 1959, she married the love of her life, Hubert “Bud” Alley, in Riverton.

 

Aggie was an active member of the Extension Club and enjoyed spending time at the Senior Center, where she played pinochle three days a week. She had a passion for sudoku puzzles, crafts, gardening, sewing, and cooking. Her homemade donuts and cookies were a favorite among family and friends.  Several nights a week, Aggie could be found at the bowling alley with her husband, taking part in bowling leagues. 

 

Over the years, Aggie worked at Arctic Circle, the Mad Greek, and Wendy’s, where she was known for her friendly smile and strong work ethic.

 

Survivors include her son, Ellis and Cindy Alley and their children, Heidi (Joe), Ben and Kim; daughter, Peggy and Scott Martin and their children, Jeremy (Emily), Jared (Stephanie) and Josh (Chloe); daughter, Linda and Mitch Drewry and their children, Trevor (Johnee Jo) and Shay (Stephenie); brother, Robert Loghry; sister, Edith Ruqua; 14 great grandchildren.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Lloyd Loghry, Floyd Loghry, Earnest Loghry, Albert Loghry, Ralph Loghry, Roy Loghry and Richard Loghry; sisters, Helen Duncan and Hazel Irene Loghry.
