Janet C. Lanham died at her home in Riverton on Wednesday, May 11, 2011. She was 64.
Graveside services are at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 16, at Mountain View Cemetery in Riverton. Pastor Mike Johnson officiates.
Janet Carolyn Devish was born in Riverton on Oct. 21, 1946, the daughter of Melvin Harold Devish and Virginia (Meyer) Devish. She was graduated from high school in Shoshoni and attended Casper College.
Ms. Lanham lived most of her life in Riverton with short stays in California and Nevada.
She worked as a convenience store clerk and held various other jobs in the community.
She was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary.
Her family said Ms. Lanham enjoyed reading books, playing Farmville on FaceBook, rock hounding, and loved her cats.
Survivors include her mother, Virginia Devish of Riverton; a brother, Fred Devish and his wife Susan of Moorcroft; a sister, Judy Pederson and her husband Gary of Riverton.
She was preceded in death by her father, Melvin Devish, and a brother, John Devish.
