When I talk about home, Julie's name always comes up: some of my best days were spent with Trina and Julie. We shared countless adventures and found our fair share of trouble. I'll never forget her infectious laughter. I cannot begin to express how deeply saddened I am to hear that she has been taken away. My sincerest sympathy goes out to Julie's family. I am deeply sorry to hear about Julie's passing. I was Julie's high school teacher and she was always a favorite student of mine. She was so very smart, kind, quiet and had a great sense of humor. The memories of her and Trina in school is what made teaching so rewarding for me. She will be greatly missed. Sandy Barton and family

Julie Russel was an amazing person... with a HEART OF GOLD. She was one of the nicest people you could ever meet, an treated everyone with respect and fairness. She would give you the shirt off her back if you needed it. I will never forget my birthday party this year and singing kareoke with her (the Love Shack was the song ). I will never forget all the sleep overs, girl talks, and fun times. I am sooooo grateful to her for bringing my best friend Brandi into this world, who i could not live without and helped me get through the passing of my dad, and for raising three AMAZING children. Reece, Shandel, and Brandi I see sooo many of your mothers amazing qualities in all of you, and she will always live on through you all. I am SO SORRY this happened and i wish i could take away all of your pain. She is in heavan now, with her dad, and mine. If i could make one promise to you all it's that it may not get better, but it will get easier. I love you Julie and may you rest in piece . I love you all

I am so saddened by the loss of Julie. She was one of my closest friends growing up and I have so many wonderful memories of our time together. She was kind, loving, and with an incredible sense of humor, she always had us laughing. I spent so much of my childhood with Bev, Julie, Trina & Ryan. To all of the family. I am so very sorry for the loss of Julie. She was a really great person. I enjoyed having the honor of being her friend and co worker when we both worked at Walmart together. She was one of the best friends that I have ever had. We have shared my great times together. Plus I am very thankful that she was always there to be around when I needed someone to talk to. I hope that she can now rest in peace and not live her life in fear. I know that she had a pretty rough life with him. I can only imagine that pain you all are going through. You all are very grateful to have such a great person in your lives. She will be missed so deeply. My deepest sympathy goes out to all of you.
