Please accept my deepest sympathy for I too know the pain of losing someone as important as a father. May your family find comfort as I have in knowing that our loving heavenly Father promises us that very soon he will 'swallow up death forever, and certainly wipe the tears from all faces.' (Isaiah 25:8) What a wonderful day that will be!

I would like to express my condolences to the family. As a young person living in Eagle Butte, S.D. I remember him well as a kind and gentle man. He spent quite a lot of time with my mother and father bowling. They all had a great time together. I also remember being sad when he moved. Bud was a good person and taught his children well. They were very proud of their father. My only regret is not visiting him in his later life. Pleasant memories will never die!

We will miss Uncle Bud very much. We loved him dearly and our hearts are heavy knowing we’ll not see him again in this life. We know he is with Mom now, and all our loved ones who are with our Father in Heaven. Uncle Bud will be forever loved and admired. God bless his memory, his life, and all of you, his dear family that he leaves to mourn. We grieve with you. We love you all.
