Bailey, Robert "Bob"

To the Family of Bob Bailey - My sincere thoughts , prayers, and love to you all. Bob was just such a special man , not only to Cliff and I, but to so many. I am sorry about your dear Uncle. It seems like this terrible disease cancer is taking the ones closest to us, as I have lost several friends because of it and have some that are battling it. But I am truly confident that the future will bring about wonderful promises because those who have fallen asleep in death, John 11:11, will enjoy life again, Acts 24:15. "The meek ones themselves will possess the earth, and they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace." Psalms 37:11. And along with this, "no resident will say: I am sick." Isaiah 33:24. What a happy time that will be for you and Bob. Jehovah God cares about grieving ones.

"Cowboy" was a wonderful man. He gave hope, encouragement and love to all those who were blessed by his friendship. I will miss him and his wonderful sense of humor and smile.

Dear Family,

Having met Bob only twice, especially July 2012 at the Bailey re-union we were amazed how much Bob resembled our brother Eldon Bailey, not only in his appearance but in his personality and his kindness and willingness to help others,

In Christ we are assured eternity with Him and I believe Paul says it best in 2 Corinthians 5:6 & 8 v 6 " knowing while we are at home in the body,we are absent from
The Lord," v 8 but:"we are confident, willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with The LORD.

We praying for you all and asking our LORD to bring comfort to you, We know Bob will be Greatly missed,

Our Love,

Arnold and Jadean Bailey

Jacob, Jeremiah and Joel,

I am so very sorry to hear of the lose of your Dad. It makes my heart so sad that you and your families have broken hearts. Your dad was so wonderful to me. So sweet and kind. I will forever have fond memories of Jacob and Jeremiah and Bob, from so many years ago.
The last time I saw him, he hugged me so tight and told me I still looked like I was 21, I am happy I had a chance to catch up with him then.
I will pray for strength and healing for the whole Bailey clan.

Sending my deepest sympathy

To Jeff, Jason, Jim, Joel, Jeremiah, and especially Jacob, you boys were so blessed with a wonderful father. The greatest horseman I've had the privilege to learn from. I am so deeply sorry for your loss. My heart grieves for you all. Bob left all of us with our own special memories that are ours and ours alone. May the Lord Bless your entire family and all of Bob's friends. He will certainly be missed. "Life is short but for some it's shorter" from: Lonesome Dove.
Love to all of you.

To the family of Bob,

I was so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all...I had the privilege of meeting Bob and his family on one of my trips to WY to visit my brother Dick Woods and have fond memories of my visits....Bob came to Vt. and his wish was to visit "Bill's House" in Dorset, which we did. It was such a thrill for him to see the home of one of the founders of the AA program...Again, my thoughts go out to his family and all those whose lives he has touched.

Farewell to an old friend! I have many fond memories of Bob and his brothers, having spent years together in a one room schoolhouse in rural South Dakota. Two friends and I enjoyed a wonderful visit and the hospitality of Bob and Debbie in 2011. I did not see Bob very often but it was comforting to me to know that he was content and enjoying life.
