What a character he was. I am sorry for the loss of this young man. He will be missed by many, one of them, my daughter Elya Montoya Barton. I was honored to know him during his grade school years at Jefferson where I worked.

I am sorry for your loss, Jeff was always a fun guy to be around never a dull moment. I wish I got to spend more time with him, but I do have some good memories with the short time he was here. I'm sorry that I can't make it to the services, I wish I could be there.

I am so sorry for your loss. When we lose someone we love in death God sees our tears of pain. That is why he promises to remove everything that makes us cry including death. (Revelation 21:3, 4) This scripture has comforted me in my times of loss. I hope that it is comforting to you as well.

My deepest sympathy to the family. It is not easy losing someone so young. May the promises in God's word comfort your hearts at this hard time. John 5:28-29 says "Do not marvel at this, the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." May this promise strengthen your faith.
