Dear Connie and Michelle,
I am so saddened to hear that "Aunt Dolly" has passed.
She was a wonderful Aunt, Always!! I am Medi/Esther Cota's daughter and live in Dorothy, Mn. I remember the many times of visits back and forth between our homes, always warm and bubbly laughter came from Auntie, and ofcourse teasing from Uncle Art. I want to extend my condolences and I know that this precious lady will be missed by many. Hang on to those memories, they will never leave you!! God Bless her soul

Glen, Connie, Michelle, Aunt Dolly was always so very beautiful. I loved her stories about her n Uncle Art. Always loved Halloween, because the night ended up there, just visiting. I remember some of the foster kids. She was just beautiful, always.

To “Aunt Dolly’s”Dear Family: Tom and I are so sorry to hear of your loss. I’m so glad to have visited with her by phone just a few short weeks ago. She was one of the most caring, loving, and beautiful women in so many ways always. Her smile and hugs I will always cherish and the many memories and positive influence in all of our lives will never be forgotten. Our love, prayers and thoughts are with you.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this, but also with immense appreciation and love for this woman. Dolly has been in my life since it began. There are so many great memories that I can draw from , but what I am most thankful for now is the ones we made just last year when we ran out to visit with her, Connie, and Glen. She was so upbeat and positive despite all she has gone thru these last several years. She never complained about any of it nor did she regret any of it. She knew this wasn't her plan but Gods and she simply wasn't going to second guess him. She lived life to her fullest potential with a big smile and an even bigger hug to all those close to her. Our condolences to all her remaining family and Gods peace to them all.

Sending my condolences to the family. I have a lot of great memories as a child visiting and spending time with Art, Dolly, Carrie, Connie and Glen. She was a very special person and will be missed.

To all of Dolly and Art's family
The upbeat nature Dolly embodied came directly from her mother Agnes. Always smiles and a laugh. So many memories from Black River, all the family get togethers, a trip to Montana to see uncle Joe. Dolly made fantastic chocolate cake that fell in the middle. Frosting filled the dip. There's nothing to be said now except how sorry I am for everyone's loss.

Dolly and Art accepted me into their hearts when I moved up to NW MN. Dolly always willing with love to teach me or correct me. We had great visits by phone and better visits in person. Our hearts, prayers, and sympathy to Michelle, Mitch, Connie, Glen, Ella, and all families and friends. We will treasurer her memory, miss her hugs and laughter.

To all of Aunty Dollie’s family and friends: I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Aunty Dolly. I am Esther & Medi Cota’s daughter. Her husband and my mom were brother and sister. Aunty was always happy, congenial and kind! My best memories of her are when I lived out west and we would go through Lander and stay overnight with them. Our 2 children were little and they loved seeing them! Uncle Art and my husband would talk hunting and I’d try to help Aunty with meals but she would only let me sit and visit. She was always so easy to talk to. We would always send greetings at the holidays and I loved her Christmas letters because they were so down to earth. She will be missed very much by so many of us. Love, Norma Nephew
