an Old Friend - 6/15/2023

I got to work with Dorothy years ago at American National Bank.  Loved her dearly and she will be greatly missed.  She knew all of my brothers and sisters and I believe they are having a big reunion in the sky.  Prayers for you all!!

With much love and sadness.

My sympathies  to Dorothy's family.   We always had a laugh or two when I fixed  her hair.  I will miss that smile.

Keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers, we can be thankful Dot is no longer in pain, or sadness, now that she is with our creator. Wish there were words to help ease the pain for those who are left behind.

Sincere condolences,

Dorothy was such a sweet and kind lady. My earliest childhood memories hold fondness for Dorothy. We were blessed to have her as our neighbor for as long as I can remember. My sister Lynn and I loved to go to their house to play her "songs" on her organ, visit with her and Joe, see what crafts she was working on, "help" her in the kitchen, and play on their driveway as if it was an extension of our own. I decided at a very young age that she must have been my grandma too because she has the same first name as my Grandma. I remember many times playing with her granddaughter Carley and grandson Mikey. She holds a special place in my heart, and she is truly missed. My condolences to all of you as you grieve the loss of this special lady.

Tom and I were saddened to see the passing of sweet Dorothy. She was a wonderful and interesting neighbor. Our daughters loved riding their tricycles next door to visit, and they were always welcomed with open arms! Dorothy and Joe were the best neighbors ever!
