Lois Henry

Henry, Lois

My sympathies to the family. I first met Lois in the American Legion Auxiliary. She always had the ability to make me laugh. I'll miss her.

Lois was such a hard worker as a single mom in the 60's in Riverton when there weren't many single moms.  She was at every event in which her children participated.  She certainly contributed a great deal to the Riverton community.  Her late daughter, Joan, was in my class.

Thinking of you at this time.

I was blessed to meet Lois.  I enjoyed getting to know her during our visits.  She was such an inspiration to me and such a pure joy.  Her beautiful smile touched my heart.  She was always a bright spot in my day.  She will be truly missed.

Sorry for your loss Kathy. Our mothers can never be replaced. I didn't know your mom but it sounds like she was an amazing lady. She will be miss by all who knew her.

I've visited Lois several times in these latter years as Kathy and I have been friends since elementary school. I hadn't seen her for many years but when I knocked on her door she recognized me immediately and called me by my name. Always sharp as a tack, we visited about things past and present--what a nice and fun lady. I was raised by an old woman (mom Pliley) so I know a lot about the world they must navigate. Lois handled that navigation in a most natural and pleasant way. I didn't know her well, but I knew her some. I celebrate her life with Kathy and Tom and recognize a life well lived
