I went to school with Frank in high school. He didn't say to much. Frank like to help others. I also worked at Morning Star Care Center. Frank like to watch the Powwows and listen to the music. once in a while he would do a one on one, just or a craft, puzzle, or a board game.He will missed very much. R.I.P. He is a special Angele that Lights Up The Sky. He will always watch over you all.
