Richard L. Emond

Emond, Richard L.

It's so sad to hear of Richard's passing.  I grew up with Richard in Dubois and always

considered him as my wonderful friend full of life.  He'll be missed!  God Bless his

family and all his friends.

I met Dick at Casper College in 1961. My birthday was 4 days before his, same year. We were in The Outing Club together.  We were good friends and did a lot together with other friends.  We didn't keep in touch very good, he came up to our cabin on Union Pass a few times and I visited with him at a music concert here in Dubois a few years ago.  He was a great friend and we had fun times. Rest in Peace Dick.

What a guy!  We met at Casper College in 1961 and kept in contact for many years.  We both moved to CA and saw each other a few times.  He was full of life, loved all his activities, and was an outstanding salesman.  I used to tell him he could sell the shoes right off of a guy.  He loved his family, had good friends, and was always up for an adventure.  He will be missed.  Condolences to his family.

We are so sorry to hear of another Dubois friend passing on. Our condolences to you ,Teddy and to all of his family.  For many years the Buffalo BBQ in August  is was a time for many to "come home" and re-connect with family and friends.  What a special time to have get together and  to share treasured memories of life growing up in beautiful Dubois. Richard always was such a big part of this celebration and wont be forgotten.  He lived a full life of achievements and adventures.    We will miss him.

Dick,

Wishing you well in eternity.  We had alot of fun at Dubois High School in 1959 and 1960.  I have not seen you for a long time and now you are gone with the Lord.  I wish we could have gotten together but you will do well in the land of paradise.

Your old high school chum.
