Many memories and hugs go out to you and your boys this day...The Downs Circle family has many beginnings and endings for all of us...Don was one of those friends who we could always be depend on for a lending hand, a warm hearted laugh, and a kind and loving hug over coffee and friendship. Please know that William, Loren, and I celebrate in Don's life and accomplishments with the dearest of hearts and the greatest of love...to neighbors and friends...Love always...Dana

So sorry to learn of Judge Hall's passing today. I have spent many hours in his courtroom while I was practicing law, and I enjoyed working with him. He knew I was into gold prospecting and once told me he was thinking about getting a high-banker to find gold too. Don't know if he ever did though. He was a very interesting person, and I know he will be missed by lots of family and friends. May his soul rest in eternal peace.

To Delores, Steve and Greg....

My heart goes out to all of you for your loss. To all of us who grew up on Downs Circle Judge Hall was a fixture that was always there.

The pack of boys in the neighborhood always congregated on someone's yard. When he was out mowing his yard he would stop and watch us play from time to time, from down the street.

Thinking of him mowing the yard with his cloth over the back of his neck that he stuck in the back of his hat to keep the sun off makes me smile. I always thought he looked like he was in the French Foreign Legion!

Dearest Delores and Family,

My daughter, Tammy, called last night to tell me of Don's passing. You have my deepest sympathies. It is so hard to lose someone so dear. You are in my thoughts and prayers. May you find comfort in knowing Jesus, his promise of a glorious heaven and a reunion with your loved one.

Take Care.

Love,

I will miss Judge Hall! He was a great man on the bench, or in the living room of the family home, while signing late night search warrants for me!

Don, It was my honor to be your opponent in those many criminal cases, then to appear in your Courtroom, but most of all, to be your friend both professionally and personally. We did have ourselves some fun, didn't we? Rest in peace my friend.

Don Hall and I were classmates in high school, graduating from Sheridan High School in 1954. After a year or so, we each entered the US Army, and served two years, Don in Greenland and I in Germany. After we returned, we resumed our friendship and remained so for these many years, tho our trails were quite a ways apart at times. Don and his wife "Dodie" visited Marge and I here at the ranch on at least one occasion. The last time we visited was at our 45th class reunion. I will remember Don as one who worked hard to become a lawyer and ultimately Judge Hall.

Marge and I send our condolences to the family of Don Hall. It was our pleasure to have known him and our thoughts are with you at this difficult time.

Jim & Marge Hamilton - 1/4/2017

Delores and family:
Wishing you sincere sympathy during this difficult time. Don was a good man and will be missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace.

Do:

So sorry to hear about the "chief." I still remember our Law School days and studying with Beach, Hallam and Ragsdale at your house in married student housing. I recall sleeping one off on your couch which Don never let me forget.

I remember Don as a good man with a twinkle in his eye full of mischief. I enjoyed working in his Court and knowing him as a friend. We will all miss him. He was a good judge.

Judy and I wish you the best from Laramie. Take care of yourself.

John & Judy Hursh - 1/6/2017

Delores, I will miss Don. He was a good friend to Tom and me. I loved him and I love you like a sister.

Judy
