I can't put into words my feeling of great personal loss by the passing of my best and loyal friend, "Jiggin'" Jimmy Nethercott. Even at this time of such great loss, I can only smile, and yes laugh, when I recall the times Jim & I shared in a fishing boat or standing over a hole on hard water.

I consider it a privilege to be able to say that I worked with Jim in his chosen profession, Law Enforcement. Jim lived by his professional challenge to fellow officers; "Run with the Thorouhbreds".

I know Jiggin' Jimmy has a hole cut for me in that eternal ice fishin' honey hole.

I extend my most sincere thoughts and prayers, to Judy, Todd, Troy, Tara, and all of the Nethercott family.

To Judy and children and your entire family,
We were very shocked and saddened to learn of Jim's passing and are so very sorry for your loss.
Our fondest memories of Jim were visiting with him at church when we were still living in Riverton. My parents knew Jim's parents and family when we lived in Jackson, that is where I grew up.
He was a wonderful person and will be deeply missed.
It is so very difficult to lose a loved one but we have to take comfort that he is now at peace with our Lord and Savior.
Our most sincerest thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
God Bless,

To Judy and all of Jim's family -- I am so happy I was able to be a part of your lives, in varying degrees. Jim and Judy and I go back about 30 years, a rich history of friendship. I am so sorry for your loss, but I am also so glad he is out of pain, and in the hands of God. I'm so sad that my current physical limitations prevented me from being with you for his services. I wish you all comfort in this time of sadness, but pray God will help you through this painful transition. My husband Scott and I both send our love and prayers -- Devon

We were so sorry to hear of your loss of Jim. Our deepest sympathy goes out to all of your family. Jim meant so much to Wayne, always a constant person and friend that he always knew he could talk to with any problems or concerns. He was always there for Wayne whenever he felt the need to talk. Wayne always had the utmost respect for Jim. He truly will be missed by many. We could not make it to Riverton for the service but our hearts are there with you.

I am so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. He was such a quiet and good man who always had a kind word for everyone he met. I will always remember his smile. It's been quite a few years since Jim and I spent any time together. We were classmates at JWHS in Jackson. But I can still remember his distinctive laugh and huge smile.

There's one thing I know for sure... life does go on, both here and in the hereafter. I'm certain that although many tears are shed and much and sorrow is felt on this day as we say goodbye, there is also a loving legacy of family to carry on, and a reason to pledge once more to be our best in memory of those we love and care about.

And, I'm pretty sure that I can detect still detect that great smile and infectious laugh coming from a better place.

We'll miss you Jimmy. But we'll meet again someday!
